Juuso has over 18 years of investment banking and M&A experience. Juuso is 3J’s founding partner and acts as 3J’s CEO.
Juuso acts as a project leader in M&A, financing advisory and other corporate finance transactions.

Juuso has been acting as an advisor in over 100 transactions, advising both sellers and buyers. Juuso’s strengths lie especially in the fields of social and healthcare services, industrial wholesale and industrial services.

Juuso holds an M.Sc. in Accounting. In addition to corporate finance advisory, Juuso’s know-how includes business development, financial administration and business model development.

Jaakko has over 10 years of investment banking and M&A experience. Jaakko is one of 3J’s founding partners.

Jaakko acts as a project leader in M&A, financing advisory and other corporate finance transactions. Jaakko has been acting as an advisor in transactions, especially in the fields of industrial services, construction and technical building services.

Prior to joining 3J, Jaakko worked as a portfolio manager at Danske Capital and its predecessor Mandatum Wealth Management as well as at Kyro Oyj, where he was responsible for hedging the group’s exchange rate risk.

Jaakko holds an M.Sc. in Finance. In addition to corporate finance advisory, Jaakko is passionate about private equity and business development.

Jari has almost 20 years of experience from investment and capital markets. Jari acts as a project leader in M&A, financing advisory and other corporate finance transactions.

Jari’s previous experience includes investment and equity analyst positions in OKO, Pohjola Bank, ABN AMRO and OP Bank. He has also been a part of multiple IPO projects, responsible for analysis, valuation and sale.

Over the years, Jari has gained analyzed a variety of industries, such as retail and consumer discretionary, industrial services, transportation and healthcare. Jari holds an M.Sc. in Accounting.

Jussi has strong experience in corporate finance. Prior 3J Partners, Jussi has worked at banking for more than ten years in various corporate finance positions, including corporate banking and branch manager.

Jussi has also worked as an auditor for six years and has completed both the Chartered Certified Public Accountant’s exam and the authorized business investigator’s exam.

Turo has numerous years of analyst experience from complex investment banking and M&A transactions. Turo is responsible for developing valuations, analyses and marketing materials.

Prior to joining 3J, Turo worked at Finnish Customs’ Statistics Department and was responsible for statistics production and database administration and development of mathematical models.

Turo has studied economics, finance and accounting in the University of Jyväskylä. He also has special know-how of the regulation model of Sweden’s power grid market due to a joint project done with 3J.

As a team member, Juha’s responsibilities include preparing valuations, analyzes and sales materials.

Juha has a Master of Business Administration from Bayes Business School (formerly known Cass Business School), specializing in finance. Previously, Juha worked as an analyst at KPMG.
