Name of the Register
3J Partners’ Customer Register (“Customer Register”)
Purpose of Processing Personal Data
The purpose of storing and processing personal data contained in the Customer Register is to manage customer relationships and assignments related to 3J Partners’ business, to provide services, and to communicate about them. Providing personal data is a prerequisite for establishing a customer relationship.
Additionally, under the Anti-Money Laundering Act, key obligations include customer identification and verification, continuous monitoring of the customer relationship, and the duty to report suspicious transactions to the Financial Intelligence Unit of the National Bureau of Investigation.
Personal data may be used for direct marketing if the data subject has given consent or if otherwise permitted by law.
3J Partners complies with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2016/679) and the Finnish Personal Data Law (523/1999). Personal data may be processed to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and instructions from authorities.
Contents of the Register
The Customer Register contains basic information about the customer and assignments. It does not contain sensitive data. The following data may be processed in connection with the Customer Register:
Identification data: basic information about the data subject such as name, date of birth, business ID, address, phone number, email address, and role in an organization
Customer and contract information: information on contracts, ongoing and completed assignments, correspondence and other communications with 3J Partners
Possible marketing bans
Any other information collected with the explicit consent of the data subject
Regular Sources of Information
The information is regularly obtained from the data subject when they become a customer of 3J Partners or when another relevant connection is established. Information is also collected through service and newsletter subscriptions on 3J Partners’ website.
Personal data may also be collected and updated from publicly available sources and public registers within the limits of applicable law, for the purposes described in this register description.
Our website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file sent by the web server to the user's browser and stored on the user’s hard drive. Cookies are used to facilitate use of the service, improve its quality, and monitor visitor traffic. Information collected via cookies may also be used for targeted advertising. We do not combine cookie-based data with our customer register or with personal data of individual customers. Users can give or deny consent for cookies via their browser settings.
Data Retention
3J Partners regularly updates customer data and deletes unnecessary data.
Regular Disclosures of Data
Data collected in the register is not disclosed outside of 3J Partners for marketing, sales, opinion, or market research purposes. However, personal data may be disclosed to authorities upon request, as required by Finnish law.
Transfer of Data Outside the EU or EEA
Some of the servers used by our CRM system (Navatar) are located outside the EU, in North America.

Principles of Register Protection
The controller adheres to legal and regulatory requirements regarding the processing and protection of personal data. All employees of 3J Partners are bound by a duty of confidentiality.
Data is stored electronically and protected using appropriate technical measures. Only employees of 3J Partners have access to the personal data processed in the Customer Register.
Risks Related to Data Processing
Given the general nature of the data and the limited access rights, the processing of personal data is not considered to pose a significant risk.
Right of Access
Each data subject has the right to access the data stored about them in the Customer Register. Requests should be sent to the email address mentioned in section 2.
Right to Request Correction
Each data subject has the right to request the correction or deletion of information held about them. Requests should be sent to the email address mentioned in section 2.
Other Rights Related to Personal Data Processing
The data subject has the right to prohibit the controller from processing their personal data for direct marketing, distance selling, other direct marketing, market or opinion research, as well as for directories and genealogical research.
