3J Partners Oy acted as advisor to the seller in a corporate finance transaction, in which PJ Control Oy and PJ Cabinet Oy were acquired by Ahlsell Oy. PJ Control Oy and PJ Cabinet Oy mainly serve customers in the segments of industrial maintenance and manufacturers of production machinery. The Company’s turnover is about € 7,5 million.
With the acquisition, Ahlsell strengthens its position in the Finnish electrical automation market and expands the range of products and services offered to its customers.
