Sale of Kyrön Sähkö Oy to Instalco
3J Partners acted as advisor to the sellers of Kyrön Sähkö Oy in the sale of 100 percent of its shares to Instalco, a stock listed Nordic group active in the areas of electricity, heating & plumbing, cooling, technical consulting, and industrial solutions.
Instalco strengthens its position in the Nordics by acquiring Kyrön Sähkö which primarily serves customers in Finland and Sweden, but also has some customers outside the Nordic region. Over the coming years, Kyrön Sähkö will continue to pursue the ambition of being the preferred full-service company in the electricity sector, specializing in installations for the lumber and sawmill industry, as well as installations for power and heating plants. The CEO, Aleksi Siikarla, along with the management team will continue in their current positions managing and developing the company.

As of February 2, 2022, Instalco has acquired 100 percent of the shares in Kyrön Sähkö Oy.
Kyrön Sähkö Oy is a full-service electrical installation company primarily serving customers in Finland and Sweden, but also has some customers outside the Nordic region. The company specializes in installations for the lumber and sawmill industry, as well as installations for power and heating plants.
