Sale of Terawatt to Habeo Group
3J Partners Oy acted as financial advisor to the sellers
in a transaction where Terawatt Oy was sold to Habeo Group. As a result of the transaction, Terawatt’s owners will continue as owners of the Habeo Group and the key personnel will continue in their positions.
Terawatt is an electrical engineering expert that combines traditional electrification services with renewable energy solutions. The company offers comprehensive services for new and renovated buildings, pipeline renovations, electric vehicle charging systems and solar power systems.
