Leden Group buys Hero Mechanics
3J Partners Oy acted as financial advisor to the buyer
in a transaction, where Leden Group, a leading Finnish contract manufacturer in the metal industry strengthens its machining services by acquiring Nivala-based Hero Mechanics Oy. Hero Mechanics specialises in machining demanding and complex parts and serves customers in the pharmaceutical, defense and automotive industries. Hero Mechanics’ roots are in Northern Ostrobothnia. The acquisition strengthens Leden Group’s growth strategy, where acquisitions are a key part in the Group’s future growth.

At the moment, Leden already offers machining services at its Eletie factory in Sievi and sees demand for these services also in the future.

Hero Mechanics specializes in machining complex parts. The company has highly automated equipment specializing in demanding parts, which enables large series and high-quality services. The Nivala-based workshop serves customers in pharmaceutical-, defence- and automotive industries.
