Sale of Malkit Oy to Ahlsell
3J Partners acted as financial advisor to the sellers
in an acquisition where Malkit Oy, which specialises in property maintenance and property security services, was sold to Ahlsell.

Malkit’s entire personnel will transfer to Ahlsell as retained employees. The company will continue its business operations under its own brand, as part of the Ahlsell Group. The measures needed to expand the product range and services will be implemented gradually as soon as possible.
