Assemblin acquired KK-Kylmäpalvelu Oy
3J Partners has advised the owners of KK-Kylmäpalvelu Oy, a leading Finnish company in maintenance and installation of cold and refrigeration technology for the public and private sector customers, on its sale to Assemblin.
KK-Kylmäpalvelu group is one of the most profitable and fastest growing HVACR service companies in Finland. The company’s services consist of maintenance and repair of refrigeration and cooling equipment, and of sale and installation of refrigeration and freezer rooms. KK-Kylmäpalvelu group’s largest customer segments are cities, municipalities and restaurants.
The Company’s operations are located in Helsinki region (KK-Kylmäpalvelu Oy), Southwest Finland (Salon Kylmäpojat Oy) and Eastern Finland (Karjalan Kylmäpalvelu Oy). The group employs about 35 installers with annual turnover of about 5,5 MEUR.
Assemblin is a complete installation and service partner with operations in Sweden, Norway and Finland with expertise in electrical engineering, heating and sanitation, ventilation, automation, data, telecom, cooling, sprinklers, security and more. Assemblin has sales of approximately EUR 970 million and employs approximately 5,900 people in more than 100 Nordic locations.
