itelligence expands into Finland by acquiring the leading HIRS software consultant Pasafin Oy
3J Partners advised Quiet Invest Oy on the sale of Pasafin Oy, a leading Finnish HIRS software consultant, to itelligence.
Global SAP consultancy itelligence | NTT DATA strengthens its position in the Nordics by acquiring Pasafin Oy. Over the coming years, itelligence will continue to pursue the ambition of being the preferred SAP Full Service Provider in the Nordic region. The founder of Pasafin, Anne Hiljanen, as well as the management team and the other employees of Pasafin will continue their careers at itelligence as part of the Nordic HCM team headed by Morten Bjerregaard.
